How should I prepare saniVex disinfectant?
It is important to read all mixing instruction on the product label prior to use. saniVex must be prepared according to the individual use applications (quart, gallon or tub) for the product being used. In most cases, the saniVex pre-measured concentrate is poured into a spray bottle, applicator or dispensing container. Clean water is added to the appropriate fill level and the activator packet is added last. Activated saniVex solutions should be allowed to sit for 15 minutes prior to use.
How long can an activated solution of saniVex be used?
It is recommended, for the greatest disinfecting activity, to use the activated solution within one week of preparation. Unlike bleach, you will not have to mix or activate saniVex on a daily basis.
